Audit trainee records against rules

A registration table can look complete while still holding an age outside the allowed range or a category that is not on the list. A formula can audit each existing row and return a clear status.

The original workbook used Excel's Data Validation controls to prevent bad inputs. This browser exercise checks the same rules with formulas instead: sex must be M or F, age must be 18 through 35, and grade must be First, Second or Third.
