Fix a broken VLOOKUP

#REF! means a formula is pointing at something that is not there. From a VLOOKUP it almost always means the column number is larger than the range is wide: asking for column 3 of a two-column range.
Reading the error rather than deleting the formula is the skill here. Each of Excel's errors narrows the problem down: #REF! is a range problem, #N/A is a not-found problem, #VALUE! is a wrong-type problem, and #NAME? is usually a spelling problem.
G2 should show the price for the code in F2, but it is showing #REF!. Repair the formula in G2 so it returns 143.
